Because airbags are regulated safety components, all shipments must follow federal transportation guidelines. The information below explains how we ship, where we ship, and what customers can expect when placing an order with Airbags USA.

HAZMAT Shipping Requirements (Mandatory)

Airbags are classified as Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) and must be shipped by ground transportation only.
Air shipment is not allowed under federal regulations.

This requirement may affect delivery times, but ensures the safe and legal transport of airbag components.

Where We Ship

We ship to the lower 48 United States using USPS Ground or FedEx Ground.

We cannot ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO/FPO addresses

  • Puerto Rico

  • Guam

  • U.S. Virgin Islands

  • Northern Mariana Islands

These locations do not qualify for HAZMAT ground service.

Shipping Schedule

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Once payment is processed, shipments typically leave our facility within 1–2 business days.

Ground shipping delivery time is typically:

Shipping to Mexico

We can ship to Mexico on a case-by-case basis, depending on carrier availability for HAZMAT items.

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur:

  • Additional shipping charges

  • Delays

  • Restocking fees (if the item must be returned)

Shipping Damage

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Keep all packaging

  2. Take clear photos
